SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt has distanced the club from any links to veteran midfielder Andile Jali.

Andile Jali is in the final six months of his current deal with Mamelodi Sundowns and is free to sign a pre-contract agreement with any rival team.

The 32-year-old featured in a starring role for the Brazilians in their last two matches against TS Galaxy and Sekhukhune United.

“Do u think we can afford Andile Jali,” Hunt responded when questioned on the possibility of signing Jali.
“I mean, I’d have to sell the team. I can’t afford him.”
