Former Kaizer Chiefs coach Gavin Hunt is said to be interested in this Amakhosi midfielder.
Any Kaizer Chiefs fans who value Phathutshedzo Nange should be a bit worried. Reports say Gavin Hunt wants him at SuperSport United.
According to this new report, Hunt, who first signed the 30-year-old Nange from Black Leopards to Bidvest Wits before later bringing him to Naturena, further wants the Limpopo-born star at Matsatsantsa.
“SuperSport United are contemplating on making a late bid for the services of Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Phathutshedzo Nange before the transfer window shuts next week,” Soccer Laduma reported in their latest edition.
“It’s emerged that Gavin Hunt is desperate to add an experienced midfielder to his squad ahead of the September 22 deadline.
“Nange isn’t thought to be for sale or available to get loaned out by Chiefs, but his lack of game time could tempt him to agree to leave Naturena and join a team where he might possibly be one of the first names on the teamsheet.”
Meanwhile, SuperSport confirmed signing Siphesihle Ndlovu from Orlando Pirates on Wednesday,
The former Stellenbosch FC player has only made two appearances this term.
He played against Cape Town City and Stellies while Yusuf Maart was serving his red-card suspension, and if we’re honest he hardly impressed and bizarrely looked overweight.
