Ayanda Daweti (born in 1990), well-known as Tuckshop Bafanaz, is an award-winning South African actor and musician.
He is one of the actors in the serial Sandal that captured the hearts of the fans. He played Chumani Langa in the E.tv television series.
Daweti is also a musical with many hit songs to his name. He is behind Amadabi, Indlela, and Thongo Lam, among others.

Early Life
Ayanda Daweti was born in 1990 in Tsolo, a town in the Eastern Cape province in South Africa.
He grew up in Tsolo. At thirteen, he lost his biological mother, Nomalizo Daweti, to heart complications. She died in her sleep.
Young Ayanda moved to Mhlakulo, Tsolo, in the Eastern Cape.
He lived under the care of his aunt Stella Sondaba and grandmother Nomonde Sondaba.
After living under their roof for years, he relocated to Johannesburg for greener pastures.
Education
After matric, Daweti moved to Cape Town to study IT and Arts at the Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria.
Career
As an actor, Ayanda landed one of his biggest roles on television on the E.tv soap opera Scandal! On the show, he appeared as Chumani Langa, a role younger than his age in real life.
The 32-year-old is an award-winning actor. He bagged the Golden Horn Awards for the Best Made for TV Movie at the 2018 SAFTAs for his film, Okae Molao.
Ayanda landed a supportive role in the television series Blood Psalms in 2020.
