Big-name duo Itumeleng Khune and Khama Billiat’s immediate future at Kaizer Chiefs remains uncertain with the Soweto giants yet to indicate their intentions for next season.
Both Khune and Billiat’s current contract with the club is set to expire in June 2023 with both players free to sign pre-contract agreements elsewhere.

Eric Mathoho is another big-name player whose contract is coming to an end at Naturena.
Both Billiat and Mathoho look unlikely to remain at Chiefs after June according to several reports circulating.
Elsewhere across the DStv Premiership, Sundowns midfielder Andile Jali is among a host of other stars who are set to become free agents.
Bradley Grobler, Makhehlene Makhaula and Pule Mmodi are some of the other players who could be on the move next season.
Mmodi and Makhaula have been linked with moves to AmaZulu and Orlando Pirates while Jali is in talks to extend his Sundowns stay.
Makhaula’s agent Sizwe Ntshangase has since declined to comment on his client’s future at AmaZulu.
“I don’t want to say anything,” Ntshangase said.
Chippa United coach Morgan Mammila says the dominance of Mamelodi Sundowns in the PSL is not because of money.
“Remember, I have a relationship with these teams. I don’t want to say anything that will end up not sitting well with AmaZulu.

“The chairman, Mr Zungu has spoken to the media about the issue of Makhaule, I think he is the right person to speak to.
Lastly, Bradley Grobler, who is set to complete a decade at SuperSport United is yet to open formal talks with Matsatsantsa over a new contract.
