Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro believes Kermit Erasmus is the solution to their lack of goals woes after opening his account last Friday.
‘Romeo’ opened his scoring account this season when he equalised for the Sea Robbers in their 1-1 DStv Premiership draw against AmaZulu last Friday.

Ahead of that game, Ezimnyama Ngenkani had failed to score a single goal in three straight games which prompted questions about their strike force.
Given his first start of the season, Erasmus grabbed the opportunity and helped his side earn a point.
“His contribution was important for us, I’m sure it’s very important to him as well as the group of players to see him performing to his capabilities and applying the finishing touch in front of goal,” Riveiro told media as quoted by Daily Sun.

“He has given us quality performances during the two games when he came on as a substitute. He is an experienced player and that is why he is part of our group now to help us score goals and get back to winning ways.
“I’m not going to tell you about his abilities because we all know the threat he possess upfront and he’s been here before. I’m really happy that he got his first goal this season, and I am certain that is not going to be the last one.
“We want to celebrate goals and wins, Erasmus gives us a chance to achieve these objectives.”
