Makhadzi has finally spoken out after being involved in an accident that landed her in the hospital — and her message to fans is filled with gratitude, faith, and hope.

“I feel a need to update you about my health because of the love you’ve been showing me,” she shared, clearly touched by the outpouring of support from fans worldwide.
Makhadzi revealed that she has now been discharged from the hospital and is recovering at home under the care of her family.
However, doctors have advised her to take a 10-week break from performing to allow her body to heal properly.
For a performer known for her electrifying stage presence, the news hasn’t been easy to accept. Still, Makhadzi remains strong and optimistic, describing herself as a soldier and placing her trust in God for a full recovery.
The good news? Her voice is safe — something she says she’s incredibly grateful for.
While she won’t be gracing stages for the next few weeks, fans won’t be completely starved of new content. Makhadzi says she plans to spend her recovery time in the studio, writing new music and creating “beautiful melodies.”
“God is giving me time to focus on what He saved me for,” she wrote, calling this moment a blessing in disguise and thanking Him for a second chance at life.
She wrapped up her heartfelt message by reassuring fans that this is not goodbye — just a short pause.
“I love you Khadzinators… see you soon,” she said.
As messages of love and prayers continue to pour in, fans are already counting down the weeks until the queen of Limpopo returns — stronger, healed, and ready to light up the stage once again.
