Kaizer Chiefs Football Club midfielder Phathutshedzo Nange is currently suspended and will not play part when his club takes on Royal AM Football Club this afternoon.

According to The South African, the former Bidvest wits star Phathutshedzo Nange picked up a red card in the last match of the 2021-22 season.

The Bafana Bafana midfielder was shown a straight red card when they played against Swallows Football Club.

He actually tried to stop the ball from finding the back of the net with his hand.

After stopping the ball with his own hand, he was then shown a straight red card by the referee.

Dillan Solomons, who is now at Kaizer Chiefs, made no mistake when he took that penalty.

Even if Phathutshedzo Nange was not suspended, he would not have taken part of the opening match against Royal AM Football Club due to an injury.

The Kaizer Chiefs Football Club coach, Arthur Zwane did confirmed that Sfiso Hlanti, Sbusiso Mabiliso and also Phathutshedzo Nange will not be available due to injuries.
