Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Austin Muwowo has signed with Zambian Super League side Power Dynamos.

The 26-year-old joined the Buccaneers at the beginning of 2019/2020 season from Nkana FC of Zambia.

But things didn’t go well for the Zambian international as he only made two appearances in his first season and seven in his second campaign, which led to him being loaned out to Swallows FC.

However, his loan spell at the Dube Birds also didn’t go too well, as he’s only made three starts in 2021/22 and later told iDiski Times that he did not receive his salary for four to five months.

Muwowo was then released by Pirates and joined Zesco United of Zambia in August 2022, signing a two-year-contract.

But the former Pirates midfielder was released by Zesco and now joined Power Dynamos FC as a free agent.

Muwowo has signed a one-and-a-half year contract with Dynamos, who are the table toppers in Zambian Super League, as confirmed by the club.
