Two bodies found in stream on Wednesday, 12 February shock Soweto residents.
The corpses were trapped inside a white Hyundai i10 along Chris Hani Road near the Lakeview Rea Vaya station in Mofolo South, Soweto.

The alleged couple, reportedly from Meadowlands in Soweto, was reported missing two weeks ago.
Gauteng police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo confirmed that an inquest docket has been opened after the bodies of a man and a woman were found inside the car trapped in the river in Soweto on Wednesday.
“The duo was last seen together on Sunday, 2 February, and they were reported missing. It’s unclear at this stage how the vehicle ended up in the river,” he said.
