A couple has been arrested in Qumbu area after killing and burying their child inside a 20Lt bucket back in September 2024.
Justice was finally served for the 3-year-old boy who was beaten to death with a stick by his stepfather and buried inside the bucket.

According to reports, the 3-year-old boy was born while the couple was still in a relationship, meaning the woman cheated and ended up having a child with someone else.
Despite the fact that the woman cheated and ended up having a child with someone else, her boyfriend forgave him and continued to play a happy couple.
In September 2024, the 32-year-old stepfather used to stick to beat the 3-year-old until he lost his life. After realizing that the child was now dead, they came up with the idea of inserting his body inside the bucket and bury him.
The 23-year-old mother then went to the Bizana Police station and told the police that the child has been missing near the garage.
The CCTV footage managed to help the police discover that the true about the whole incident. They discovered that the child has been buried at the Sulemkama cemeteries.

They are expected to appear in court on Friday as they are facing murder charges.
