Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch FC have a good thing going on together. A new report says another deal could be made.

Business relationships are a real thing in football. An example is Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch FC.

The two clubs could agree to another new piece of business after the Phathutshedzo Nange, Zitha Kwinika and Ashley Du Preez deals since 2019.

Stellenbosch FC’s 28-year-old defensive midfielder Sibongiseni Mthethwa is a wanted man. Not only he is targeted by the likes of Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, but Chiefs have also reportedly joined the race.

According to a report by the leading transfer reporters in Mzansi, Soccer Laduma, Amakhosi are considering offering Nange in a deal to sign Mthethwa.

“Indications are that the Glamour Boys could do a swap deal for Nange to potentially go back to Stellies and Mthethwa coming to Naturena, according to sources,” the publication said in their latest edition.

“Chiefs cannot be ruled out in the race for Sibongiseni Mthethwa. His name has been mentioned in a possible swap deal with Nange,” a source told the outlet.
