Kaizer Chiefs Football Club have just released a statement regarding the suspension of one of their top players.
According to the Kaizer Chiefs official website, the club has suspended the Pietermaritzburg born midfielder.
In their statement, they were not specific on why he was suspended. However, they revealed that the club will punish the player for his actions.
Not so long ago, the player was suspended by the club after being arrested for drunk driving.
Now, Kaizer Chiefs spokesperson has revealed on SA FM on why Dumsani Zuma was suspended.
Velile Mnyandu told the radio FM that Dumsani Zuma has reported to training under the influence of alcohol four times now.
He has been called in the Kaizer Chiefs Disciplinary Committee more than twice, however, things are still the same.
Even after the Cape town city match, he reported to training the following day not in a good state.
