Algerian coach Adel Amrouche is linked with a move to the DStv Premiership as some clubs make changes during this FIFA international break.
For some time now, Algerian mentor Adel Amrouche has been linked with a move to the PSL, with both Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates previously linked with him.
In May this year, Amrouche was appointed by the Yemen Football Federation as their technical director.
According to Soccer Laduma, while the 54-year-old is serving in his current role after signing a one-year deal, the tactician would love to go back to the dugout as a club coach should an opportunity arise.
“Adel Amrouche has had his representatives in South Africa assessing options for him as he is open to coaching in the Dstv Premiership,” said the source.
“Talks have been held with potential suitors although there isn’t nothing concrete at the moment,” the source added.
Swallows FC is one of the clubs expected to appoint a new coach, following the departure of Dylan Kerr, while Royal AM has a void to fill after Dan Malesela’s exit.
Chippa United is currently under administrator-turned-coach Morgan Mammila and Siyabulela Gwambi who has been an assistant coach, following the departure of Daine Klate.
