Egyptian Premier League side Al Masry is reportedly looking to submit an official complaint over the officiating in their CAF Confederation Cup defeat to Kaizer Chiefs.
Al Masry lost 2-1 to the Amakhosi in their latest CAF Confederation Cup outing, a result that changed the shape of things in the group.

With just one game left to play, the Soweto side leads the group with 10 points, two ahead of second-placed Zamalek and three ahead of Al Masry in third.
Al Masry need to beat ZESCO United in their final group game to stand any chance of qualification, while hoping that the result in the Chiefs-Zamalek game goes their way.
According to Youm7, Al Masry’s board of directors are considering an official complaint to CAF against the Ghanaian referee, Daniel Laryea.
The Port Said side believes that Laryea was biased against them and took issue over some of the decisions he made during the course of the game.
Laryea awarded Chiefs a penalty in the first half after a claim that Ahmed Ayman Mansour was adjudged to have handled the ball in the area, despite the view that his hand was in a natural position.
The club also took issue with Laryea’s decision to show a yellow card to Abdel Rahim Dagmoum, despite the tackle being his first of the game, which led to his suspension for Al Masry’s crucial game against ZESCO United.
