A Premier Soccer League outfit has reportedly secured the services of former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Sabelo Radebe ahead of the second round of the season.
Radebe has been without a club since parting ways with Amakhosi in July 2025, bringing an end to his long stay at the Soweto giants, where he rose through the club’s development ranks and was once tipped as a future star.

In September 2024, the 25-year-old was sent on loan to Richards Bay FC, but his stint there was cut short, as the club opted to release him following limited opportunities for regular game-time after just eight months.
Upon returning to Naturena, Radebe found himself surplus to requirements and was subsequently released, despite a change in the technical bench, with Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef in charge, replacing Nasreddine Nabi.
Now, the once-promising talent is believed to have found a new home in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
According to KickOff sources, Radebe has signed a deal with North West-based Lerumo Lions as the club looks to reinforce their squad in a bid to challenge for the league title in the second tier.
Lerumo purchased the league status of Tshwane giants Pretoria Callies after competing in the ABC Motsepe League in previous seasons, marking a significant step in their ambitions to establish themselves at pro level.
They currently sit eighth on the Motsepe Foundation Championship standings after 14 matches, having accumulated 20 points.
