Former Ajax Cape Town and Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Thulani Serero has finally found himself a new club abroad.
According to iDiski times, the Bafana Bafana Star Thulani Serero has joined UAE Pro League side Khorfakkan Club.
Serero was a clear fan favourite during his time over the past four seasons at Al Jazira and notably one of the leading performers in the league.
But he left the club in June and was on the lookout for a new side since.
The 33-year-old midfielder has spent the last 13 seasons abroad after leaving Ajax Cape Town for their affiliate club where he spent six seasons and won four league titles.
He then moved on to Eredivisie outfit Vitesse for two campaigns before the lucrative riches of the Gulf where he’s starred over the past four seasons.
On Monday, he was unveiled by Khorfakkan Club in the same league as his former side, as well as Pitso Mosimane’s Al Wahda.
