Kaizer Motaung Jnr dropped a massive hint as to the surprise changes coming to Kaizer Chiefs.

Amakhosi Sporting Director Motaung (Jnr) has plans to bring in one or two men to beef up his technical staff, according to Soccer Laduma.

Meaning, there will be changes coming to Naturena.

Motaung confirmed that he is open to beefing up his technical staff with possible changes coming soon.

Therefore, like Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, we could see new additions added Amakhosi’s technical team.

In fact, it has always been part of the plan for Motaung and Amakhosi management.

“We’ve always had plans to build the technical team we need to bring the right level of expertise, at the right time and whether its backroom staff or technical staff or even management roles,” he stated on the same publication

Furthermore, there rivals the Bucs and The Brazilians, recently made appointments within their technical division.

Most noticeably, Scott Chickelday was appointed as the Bucs striker coach. His impact was felt immediately with Pirates scoring 11 goals in five matches during his short one-month tenure.

While The Brazilians recently appointed a set-piece in Michael Loftman. However, Kaizer  Chiefs made no additions to their technical staff during this time but this is likely to change and soon.

“We’re always looking to improve and we’re looking to see what the trends in modern football are and not to do things for the sake of doing them when other clubs are doing the,” he added.

Therefore, Kaizer Chiefs will make one or two changes to their technical team soon.

However, this does not mean Arthur Zwane will be leaving but rather that he could be getting some much needed assistance.
