Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper has reserved special praise for four players who have impressed him this season.
Bvuma, a product of the club’s DStv Diski Challenge himself, has been complimentary of three of the club’s graduates who made the progression to the first team in the current campaign.
Samkelo Zwane, Wandile Duba and Mduduzi Shabalala have impressed since they were promoted from the club’s reserve team.
Zwane and Shabalala have been the two players who have featured most prominently in Arthur Zwane’s plans, while Duba has been gradually introduced.
“I think they’ve done so well looking at the fact that it’s their first season with the senior team and they’ve adapted very well, which is a good thing for the team.
“All I hope is that they keep on working hard and keep on improving,” he told journalists at the Nedbank Cup draw.
Another player that has earned praise from Bvuma is the club’s new signing Christian Saile, who has managed an assist and a goal in four appearances so far this season.
“Chris is a very good player, we saw when he came for trials in December, he did so well, and I think that’s the reason why the club decided to sign him.
“I’m not surprised that he is doing so well at the moment, and I believe there is still more to come from him,” Bvuma said.
Chiefs next face Orlando Pirates in the Soweto Derby. Kick off for the match is at 15:30pm at the FNB Stadium.
