The Royal AM chairman Andile Mpisane’s antics have again come under scrutiny from South African football fans.
Andile Mpisane, it seems, just can’t get a break at the moment, with the Royal AM chairman and musician back in the headlines again after footage emerged of him almost falling over when attempting to control a simple pass.
Recently, the son of Shauwn Mkhize was in the headlines again after a calamitous performance for his club in the DStv Diski Challenge.
On Sunday he again found himself trending after footage was shared that appeared to again show him labouring, and stumbling, on a football pitch in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Golden Arrows.
Here’s GOAL’s pick of the Twitter talk as South African football’s favourite figure of fun again makes the headlines.
@MwahafarN, viewing the footage of Mpisane stumbling when failing to control the ball, was quick to make light of the situation.
“Andile Mpisane. Chairman. Captain. Owner and half-time entertainment,” he wrote. “What a guy.”
At least someone is amused.
“May Andile Mpisane continue to live a soft life forever,” echoed @cosby_conca.
