Manqoba Mngqithi is happy to snub a PSL offer and remain at Mamelodi Sundowns despite being demoted.
Mamelodi Sundowns ‘senior coach’ Manqoba Mngqithi has been linked with an unsurprising exit from the Brazilians.
He was demoted from his position as co-coach alongside Rhulani Mokwena, who’s now the sole head coach of the team, in October.
And now, the vastly experienced coach has been linked with Romain Folz’ job at AmaZulu.
According to the latest reports however, Mngqithi is set to REJECT AmaZulu.
“Mgosi reported previously that AmaZulu could make an official offer to Mamelodi Sundowns senior coach Manqoba Mngqithi next month, as he is in his final six months of his Downs contract.” a Citizen report read.

“However, an informant at the Chloorkop side has told this publication that the former Golden Arrows mentor is not keen to leave Masandawana.
“The stumbling block is that Sundowns have not tabled a contract extension for Mngqithi, who has been at the club for close to a decade.”
