Boris Kopitovic, Bradley Cross and Balint Bajner all underwent trials at Naturena in their bid to be signed by Kaizer Chiefs.

However, two will not be signing with Amakhosi with just one man left standing.

Cross recently left Naturena after an unsuccessful trial with Amakhosi while Kopitovic has committed to his current club, according to recent reports on KickOff.

Therefore, the only trialist remaining is Bajner.

Cross’ Chiefs trials did not go according to plan and he did not make the cut into Amakhosi’s senior side.

Furthermore, the other trialist, Kopitovic, has just committed to his current club Tampines Rover.

This is potentially another big miss by Amakhosi management.

Kopitovic smashed 41 goals and 19 assists for an incredible 60 goal contributions in just 34 matches. Therefore, their striker targets have also been cut down to just Bajner, Fiston Mayele, Amanuel Gebremichael, Dino Ndlovu and Junior Sede Dion.

All five of these men remain linked to Amakhosi and they present some interesting targets indeed.

Mayele was previously targeted by Orlando Pirates and Chiefs.

However, neither club could reach an agreement between themselves and Young Africans.
