Kaizer Chiefs Football Club finally went back to winning ways after walking away with a victory against Gallants.

Keagan Dolly’s only goal of the match was enough to seal a win for the Glamour boys. However, did he save the interim coach from being sacked?

It is not a secret that Amakhosi have been struggling throughout the season, however, after firing Stuart Baxter and appointing Arthur Zwane as the interim coach, things turned from bad to worse.

The club has been struggling, losing four games in a row for the first time in the club’s history.

A lot of Kaizer Chiefs supporters were already losing their patience on Arthur Zwane, who lost three out of those four matches at Amakhosi.

Some were stating that it now shows that Stuart Baxter was not the problem at the club. However, an overhaul is needed.

It was revealed by the management and also by Arthur Zwane that there will be a squad overhaul at the club at the end of the season.

But should have the club continued losing, would they have considered firing the interim coach at the club?

One would feel that the squad overhaul should include the co-assistant coaches of Kaizer Chiefs Zwane and Sheppard.

This would give the new head coach, who is yet to be appointed, a chance of selecting his own assistant coach or coaches, instead of working with the ones he is not familiar with.
